DIRECTIONS:

Add a minimum of 300ml of water to shaker bottle or similar. Add desired amount of bowel restore formula, put lid on securely then shake hard and fast for around 10-15 seconds. Drink down immediately. First add water, then powder as this stops powder sticking to bottom of shaker. If left for a short period after shaking liquid will become thicker. If this occurs just add some more water, re-shake and drink. Drink plenty of clean water every day.

Serving Suggestion

Serving scoop included in pack (10g - one level tablespoon).
Mix two level scoops of Qenda Ultimate Fibre (or one level scoop for children under 12 years) in 350-400ml of water in a shaker bottle once or twice daily.
Secure lid and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
Drink immediately. If left for a short period after shaking product will thicken.

Best taken 10-30 minutes prior to meals.
