Booking a Colonic with us is simple with our online booking system!

We do not want to charge you cancellation fees but we do want you to make appointments you can keep so our business can run smoothly. When we have no shows and last minute cancellations, we are out the costs of our therapist's time, what would have been a fully paid spot and clients in need miss out on appointments. As we are fully booked most days it's important to us that you realise that our time is limited and valuable just as we know yours is.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment if it is your first visit with us. You will need to fill out a New Client form.
If you can hear a session in progress and are more than 5 minutes early, please wait outside or in your car to maintain privacy.
Once you have booked your appointment and paid a deposit, a confirmation will be sent to your email address. Please ensure you enter your details carefully and correctly. A reminder email and text will also be sent 48 hours before your appointment.
A deposit must be paid to secure your booking (either through PayPal or Credit/Debit Card). You can pay the remainder in cash, bank transfer or on any credit/debit card upon completion of your colonic.
There will be NO REFUNDS once your deposit is paid however your appointment can be rescheduled within a certain time frame without the deposit being lost (see below). We allow for a maximum of 2 reschedules.
Though we endeavour to stick to appointment times, please allow some grace if your therapist is running late and allow plenty of time to accomodate as the human body is not always predictable.
If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment this will result in an appointment forfeit and your payment will not be returned AND YOU WILL STILL NEED TO PAY FOR THE REST OF YOUR SESSION. Please allow plenty of time to take into account traffic, mishaps etc.
As your appointment is held exclusively for you, your deposit will be lost and WILL NOT BE RETURNED. FULL payment is due if cancelled within 24 hours. Missed appointments will be charged the remainder of the session. Please also note, if you are late and we are able to treat you, your treatment may be shortened however you will still be charged full price.
THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY. Please do not be disappointed when it is enforced.
To cancel an appointment, please do so online (only allowed up to 24 hours in advance) or CALL/TEXT our office number on 0435 412 458. We cannot guarantee all social media channels are checked regularly to monitor bookings. If you send us a message via facebook or instagram within that time frame and get no response, your appointment has not been cancelled. You need to ring our office number and if no one answers leave a message.
Group Bookings - if you would like to make a booking with a friend or partner, we can offer you appointments back to back. You will need to book the first appointment first and then if the spot is available the following time will open up. Alternatively to check availability please call us. As we only have one machine sessions will be back to back but based on your preferences the session can be as inclusive as you like.
Recommended amount of sessions: it is recommended that you book 3 sessions within close proximity to one another for best results. We recommend leaving your sessions no more than 1 week apart and to book in advance to avoid disappointment. Your therapist can discuss this further with you at your session. Session packs can be purchased online or at your session.
How to prepare: we recommend fasting 2-3 hours prior to your treatment and staying hydrated in the days leading up. For more information please refer to our blog and information pages.
