How to use:
Take 4 capsules with a tall glass of filtered water before bed. If you do not achieve 3-5 bowel movements the next day, increase by 1 capsule each night until you achieve 3-5 movements. Take your serving 2-3 times weekly or as desired. It is always recommended to drink plenty of water while using Happy Bum ConstaClear. Proper hydration should help improve your results.
