METHOD
Anti Inflammatory Implant
– Bring 300 ml of water to a boil
– Add 1/2 Teaspoon of Happy Bum Anti Inflammatory Blend and stir well
– Allow to cool to body temperature (37-38 degrees)
– Place in Happy Bum Bulb and perform enema as directed
– Hold and retain indefinitely for full benefits
Anti Inflammatory Enema
– Bring 600ml of water to a boil
– Add 1 Teaspoon of Happy Bum Anti Inflammatory Blend and stir well
– Allow to cool to body temperature (37-38 degrees)
– Pour solution into Happy Bum Bag and perform enema as directed
– Hold for 15 minutes and release
